Experts agree, the best way for golfers to protect themselves from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays (UVR) is with the right kind of clothing. Nivo answers with the all-new LivCool sun protection Collection.

“This LivCool collection was interesting to create because we first had to find a fabric that not only felt ultra-comfortable but one that also featured strong moisture wicking properties and most importantly, an ultra-violet factor (UVF) of 50” said Linda DiGenova, Nivo’s Director of Apparel. “We found this cool nylon yarn and it answered all of the above. With the fabric in hand, we went to work on designing pieces that women would love because they look and feel fantastic and in which the high UVF protection becomes a big bonus instead of the reason for being.” The LivCool fabric also reduces skin temperatures by as much as 4 degrees F.

The result is an audacious collection of long sleeve tops that are available in both mock and shirt collar styles. The mesh underside of the sleeves allow for extra air flow while creating a sexy vibe for the wearer. The Collection comes with tops in a multitude of solid colors and modern prints. It also features matching skorts with comfortable mesh inner shorts. With pride in her voice, Ms. DiGenova concluded: “Sun protection has never looked so good.”
