If you have ever read one of our publications, you know the reverence we have for The Links Course at Lawsonia in Green Lake, Wisconsin. The 1930 Langford/Moreau design was recently awarded a huge honor by Golf Digest as the course jumped from #85 to #59 on their brand new Top 100 Greatest Public Course List.

We suggest you find out for yourself why this course has stood the test of time and continually gets better! To learn all that Lawsonia has to offer, including their sister venue, The Woodlands Course, visit www.lawsonia.com.

To read a complete story on the history and lore of Lawsonia we invite you to click on our 2017 Spring Issue link below. The article starts on page 38: http://digital.spiweb.com/emags/Royle_LLC/2017/spr/

Glen Turk is a Wisconsin native who has been the Senior Writer/Editor of Midwest Golfing Magazine since 2006. Besides being an avid golfer, Glen enjoys traveling, music, and cheering on the finest professional sports team of all-time, the Green Bay Packers. Glen’s ultimate golf goal is to play in all fifty states and currently he is more than half way there. His other dream, albeit far-fetched, it to record an ace in all seven states of our distribution area. Thanks to an ace in Illinois in 2015, and one in Michigan in 2016, he has three down, four to go!
