Unparalleled Rangefinder System Includes Three Innovative Devices Sold as One Unit Giving Golfers the Option to Add Performance Tracking Technology and GPS Distances to Their Laser Rangefinder; PRO LX+ marks the 7th Shot Scope Innovation Launched in 2023, Establishing the Most Expansive Lineup of Distance Measuring and Performance Tracking Devices in Golf

Edinburgh, Scotland – August 17, 2023 Shot Scope (www.shotscope.com), the golf industry-leader in advanced GPS and shot tracking technology, has once again redefined the rangefinder category in golf by introducing the new and improved PRO LX+, the game’s most advanced laser rangefinder featuring the dynamic combination of GPS-powered distances and Artificial Intelligence for personalized performance tracking.

Today, with research showing that modern golfers rely on multiple GPS devices, players of all levels now have one device – PRO LX+ – that provides all of the on-course technology they need in one system. The new and improved PRO LX+ system includes three innovative devices which are sold as one unit, the PRO LX+, featuring GPS-powered distances and performance tracking, or individually as the PRO LX Rangefinder and H4 Game Tracker. The key new features of the PRO LX+ include a smaller and more compact design with enhanced stabilization, faster target-lock, a built-in extra strong cart magnet to quickly attach to cart, and an anti-slip comfort stability grip.

The PRO LX+ marks the 7th Shot Scope innovation launched in 2023, establishing the most expansive lineup of distance measuring and performance tracking devices in golf, offering golfers the widest and most affordable selection of on course game management products in the industry today. The 2023 Shot Scope new product lineup includes the PRO LX+, the Multi-Function X5 GPS Smart Golf Watch, the easy-to-use G5 GPS Golf Watch with Interchangeable Color Straps, the PRO L2 and PRO LX Laser Rangefinders, CONNEX Performance Tracking Tags and Shot Scope Academy, a program that connects players of all levels with PGA Professionals and coaches.

“2023 has been an exciting year for Shot Scope as we launched a full suite of innovations and truly created an ecosystem for golfers to choose the distance measuring and/or performance tracking product that best fits their game, as well as their budget,” said David Hunter CEO, Shot Scope. “The centerpiece of our product lineup is the PRO LX+, a 3-in-1 multi-function system that features advanced distance measuring technology with unprecedented performance tracking,”

Hunter adds, “PRO LX+ provides rangefinder users with real-time game tracking data, which is currently used by hundreds of thousands of golfers worldwide recording over 300 million shots. In fact, our data shows that amateur golfers improve by four strokes thanks to the unique fusion of accurate distance information and automatic performance tracking technology from Shot Scope devices.”

The new smaller, compact PRO LX+ features a wealth of golfer-friendly benefits including, advanced target-lock vibration and enhanced stabilization, red and black dual optics, X7 magnification, adaptive-slope technology, 900-yard range which is accurate to 1 yard, a precision clear lens, a built-in extra strong cart magnet, and an anti-slip comfort stability grip. Additionally, the PRO LX+ offers 36,000 preloaded courses, dynamic front, middle, and back GPS distances with front and carry distances to every hazard, all distances are available in yards or meters. Available at $369.99 SRP with no subscription fees and free updates.

The PRO LX+, which is available in blue, gray, and orange colors, also features Shot Scope’s artificial intelligence for performance tracking via the H4 Game Tracker which magnetically attaches to the rangefinder. Backed by 16 RFID tracking tags that capture over 100 game statistics during a round of golf, the performance tracking capability works in the background, analyzing every shot taken on the golf course. This creates an ever-increasing volume and accuracy of data collected from the golfer during play, leading to more insights and statistics that help the player understand their game better, improve on-course strategy and shoot lower scores. The water-resistant PRO LX+, which is USGA conforming, also comes with a premium carry case, carry clip, cleaning cloth and CR2 battery.

All Shot Scope performance tracking products provide vast amounts of data on the amateur golfers’ game but also presents the data in a way which is easy to interpret. Highly detailed statistics such as strokes gained are available for those who want to know everything about their game, however top-level summary statistics also provide enough information to help all golfers improve. Interactive features such as a course hub and leaderboards add a competitive and fun element to the products, as golf should always be fun!

The new PRO LX+, PRO LX, and H4 Handheld, as well as all Shot Scope products, can be purchased at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, PGA Superstores, golf specialty stores, or online at www.shotscope.com.
