Latest deal represents Heritage’s third private country club acquisition in the St. Louis, Missouri area
market in less than 24 months, and 34th acquisition in less than four years

St. Louis, MO – December 12, 2023 – Heritage Golf Group, the fastest-growing owner and operator of
golf and country clubs in the US, announced its recent acquisition of Old Hickory Golf Club, a private
club located in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

This 18-hole, PB Dye-designed golf course opened in 2002. Located in a park-like setting with one of the
area’s largest practice facility footprints, the club features a swimming pool, expansive clubhouse, and has
become a well-recognized member club and private event venue with banquet rooms that can
accommodate up to 750 guests. Heritage is developing a million-dollar-plus investment plan to update the
golf course, the 15-acre practice facility, and select clubhouse areas.

“We are pleased to have been selected by the Old Hickory ownership group to be the next owner and
operator of this vibrant private country club which aligns well with our two other private country clubs in
the St. Louis area – WingHaven Country Club and The Legends Country Club,” said Andy Miller, Chief
Revenue Officer of Heritage Golf Group.

“Heritage has consistently and successfully invested in resources and talent to elevate the Members’
private club experience at the clubs in their collection. We are pleased for them to be the next steward of
Old Hickory,” said Gary Hill, Managing Partner of the selling group.

The Heritage team, with extensive proficiency in private club operations, continues to elevate the member
experience through transformation and expedient improvement of amenities, operations, and
programming at recently acquired clubs. The expanding network further bolsters the value of being a
Heritage Plus Network member which affords industry leading golf traveling benefits.

Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
The company continues to grow by acquiring a mix of private country clubs in residential communities,
member-owned clubs with growth potential seeking strategic alternatives, and premium daily-fee and

His other dream, albeit far-fetched, it to record an ace in all seven states of our distribution area. Thanks to an ace in Illinois in 2015, and one in Michigan in 2016, he has three down, four to go!
