Morrissey Hospitality announced today the launch of The Albatross, its new food truck at Bunker Hills Golf Club. Named after the golf term used for a score three under par on a single hole, The Albatross is the only food truck or snack caddy on a Twin Cities golf course to date.
Launched to meet increasing customer demand, The Albatross offers golfers elevated on-course, mid-round food and beverage options. The Albatross’s stationary location allows for an expanded menu and consistent service across Buner Hills’ three 9-hole courses.
The Albatross’s menu of cravable concessions features BBQ Beef, Pizza, and seasonally rotating Sliders. The menu is designed for golfers on-the-move, and as a complementary option to Mully’s, the grill located next to the Bunker Hills Clubhouse. Premium snacks, canned beer, seltzers, and cocktails, as well as a selection of spirits, are also available at The Albatross.
The Albatross is open daily from 8am-8 pm and can be found at the junction where all three courses meet at 8 West, 3 North and 3 East. Bunker Hills Golf Club is located at 12800 Bunker Prairie Road NW in Bunker Hills Regional Park in Coon Rapids, MN.
