May 11, 2026. Lake in the Hills, Illinois — Boulder Ridge Country Club, one of the Chicago
area’s premier private clubs, is pleased to announce a thoughtful series of capital
improvements designed to further elevate the Member experience across the property.
Boulder Ridge Country Club is home to 27 holes of championship golf, an expansive
clubhouse, a variety of swim and racquet amenities and a vibrant social lifestyle. Under the
ownership of Heritage Golf Group, Boulder Ridge Country Club continues to invest in the
future of the club through strategic enhancements to its clubhouse, amenities, and
recreational offerings, all with no assessments to the membership.

“We are excited to embark on these renovations and confident they will continue to elevate
the Member experience at Boulder Ridge,” said Thomas DeLouise, General Manager of
Boulder Ridge Country Club. “We have always placed an emphasis on creating meaningful
experiences and memorable moments for our Members, and these improvements are a
reflection of that continued commitment.”

Among the renovations scheduled are two new indoor TrackMan simulators, creating an
elevated golf lounge experience beyond a traditional practice facility. The new space will
feature comfortable seating, food and beverage service, and upscale decor, offering
Members a dynamic environment to practice, entertain, or enjoy virtual rounds on some of
the world’s most iconic courses.

In addition, Boulder Ridge is enhancing its fitness amenities to complement its already
premier pickleball and swim offerings. Planned upgrades include an expanded fitness area,
updated equipment, and a dedicated workout studio.

Renovations are scheduled to begin this month with fitness center enhancements,
followed by construction of the new indoor TrackMan simulator lounge beginning in July.
Members will receive regular updates throughout the renovation process via email
communications and updates posted to the club website. Those interested in learning
more about Membership opportunities at Boulder Ridge Country Club are encouraged to

His other dream, albeit far-fetched, it to record an ace in all seven states of our distribution area. Thanks to an ace in Illinois in 2015, and one in Michigan in 2016, he has three down, four to go!
