It is with great pleasure that after being on hiatus for several weeks in an effort to do our part to help flatten the curve of COVID-19, we are announcing our plans to reopen the resort daily starting Friday, May 29, 2020. We are looking forward to welcoming you and all our guests back safely in the coming months.

Our mission has always been to create an environment where everything feels familiar, and that coming to Boyne Highlands is like coming home to a place that was made just for you. At its core, that hasn’t changed. As we prepare to open, we want you to know that you truly are family to us, and your safety is our utmost concern.

During our down time we have carefully reviewed all areas of our resort’s operations and feel that we have sufficiently modified them to ensure that you will still get the exceptional, friendly and personalized service you’ve grown accustomed to, while also minimizing your exposure and maintaining your safety.

So, when you see us again, some things will look a little different. Our team members will be wearing PPE where applicable for your protection and theirs; social distancing will be implemented in all public areas; and there will continue to be heightened cleaning and sanitizing across all areas.

What to expect starting May 29:

While we will be open daily for overnight lodging, please note that initially there will be no access to our pool, gym, Spa, and meeting rooms as per state guidelines.
Currently The Heather and Arthur Hills golf courses are open, with The Donald Ross Memorial and The Moor opening soon.
We will have dining options available, please check our website for further details on outlets and hours.
We anticipate opening our Adventure Center in mid-June, please check our website for more details.
The Young Americans Dinner Theatre has been cancelled for the summer 2020 season.

In anticipation of your next visit, we have compiled a helpful Frequently Asked Questions page. We look forward to reopening on May 29, and seeing you at The Highlands soon!

Besides being an avid golfer, Glen enjoys traveling, music, and cheering on the finest professional sports team of all-time, the Green Bay Packers. Glen’s ultimate golf goal is to play in all fifty states and currently he is more than half way there. His other dream, albeit far-fetched, it to record an ace in all seven states of our distribution area. Thanks to an ace in Illinois in 2015, and one in Michigan in 2016, he has three down, four to go!
